Eliza

With a background in a plethora of fields (art history, graphic design, social media, museum studies, music, photography), Eliza brings a solid dose of design experience to the table. She has worked professionally as a graphic designer and social media content creator, and knows first-hand how corporate burnout
can leave you feeling drained of all creativity. Now, Eliza runs her own small
business, selling handmade accessories and home goods, as well as freelancing
as a graphic designer.

She lives in North Florida with her husband and their four cats. When she's not whipping up a new design she's sewing quilts, traveling, or attempting to keep
her sourdough starter alive.
Emmy

With degrees in writing, editing, and communication from Florida State University, and a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell, Emmy has done a bit of everything regarding digital marketing, writing, and editing. She brings a decade of experience as a freelance blogger, digital marketer, social media manager for nonprofits and CPG brands, communications director, and former bill editor for the Florida Senate. She can do it all when it comes to copy and wordsmithing, with published work in the niches of fitness, health, beauty, food, pets, and travel, but gets most excited to write about sustainability, food, or plant-based living.
She's currently the director of digital marketing for two national ice cream brands, overseeing all media buying, PR, copy, email marketing, and SEO, while continuing to write, edit, and manage social media for freelance clients.

She lives in Sylva, North Carolina with her partner and three cats. When not working, she's in her backyard garden, lifting weights, making a vegan treat, or re-watching Sex and the City for the thousandth time.

OUR PRINCIPLES
FUN
We do serious work but don’t take it or ourselves too seriously. We want to work with brands
and business owners who are adding magic and positivity to the world with whatever they do.
Miss us with the endless corporate platitudes around here - we won’t be putting a pin in, circling
back to, or leveraging anything. We're bored of all that and know you are too. Let's be humans.

FLEXIBILITY
Because f--- doing business the way it’s always been done. We often work
with corporate America dropouts, unorthodox business owners, and dreamers who want to shake
things up and challenge the status quo. We know you don't fit in a box and neither do we.

COLLABORATION
Because none of us can or should do it all. Eliza is all visuals, Emmy is all about the written word, and you know your business best. We’ll work together and play to our specific strengths to create results
that deliver exactly what you need for your business.

FOCUS
Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach or offering every service under the sun, we focus
on crushing it at what we do best. We're picky about who we say yes to working with, which means that unlike working with a large agency where you’ll get the dregs of their time and attention, we’re fully devoted to your growth.

SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS
From women-owned brands, climate nonprofits, social justice organizations, and those working
to make the world a better place, we do work for causes we can get behind. Period.

SELF-CARE
We’re all too familiar with the corporate America burnout, so we approach marketing in a sustainable way that prioritizes self-care both in our work and for you. We’ll never set you up with unsustainable plans that require you to post five Tiktoks a day, and we don't overextend ourselves
by working with a million clients.
